I analyzed red teaming outputs from Large Language Models using Python and Natural Language Processing to detect bias and misinformation. I created tutorial videos and coding notebooks to help non-technical audiences engage in bias bounty challenges. I managed data for over 8,000 RightsCon participants, overseeing collection, cleaning, and analysis to inform registration and community support decisions. I enhanced efficiencies in customer-facing initiatives through process automation, organized rapid response assistance for 300+ participants affected by a visa crisis, and wrote content moderation policies for a community platform.

I led multi-stakeholder projects on disinformation and election integrity, focusing on social media monitoring and political risk assessments in coordination with Google, Meta, X (Twitter), TikTok, and Microsoft. I escalated 100+ platform policy incidents from global civil society to these tech companies, providing vital political context for swift action and offering feedback on policy enforcement. At the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, I coordinated with Ukrainian human rights organizations and tech platforms to provide account protections and amplifying trusted voices.
